CHOCOLATE AND PERSIMMON CAKE

Una settimana fa ho preso un gelato sublime: cachi e sorbetto al cioccolato fondente. Dovevo ricreare qualcosa che avesse questi due ingredienti.

One week ago I tried two excellent ice cream tastes: persimmon and dark chocolate. So my aim was to make a cake with the same ingredients and it is excellent too.
