Crumble di finocchi

FENNEL CRUMBLE

  • 3 finocchi / 3 fennels
  • sale / salt
  • olio / olive oil
  • pepe / pepper
  • limone / lemon
  • 60g pangrattato / 60g bread crumbs
  • 60g burro / 60g butter
  • 60g farina / 60g white flour
  • 100g formaggio di capra fresco / 100g fresh goat cheese

Pulire i finocchi e tagliarli a fettine sottili. Mettere i finocchi in una padella con olio, sale, pepe e qualche goccia di limone. Far stufare per 10 minuti aggiungendo mezzo bicchiere di acqua.
Disporre i finocchi in una pirofilina da forno e cospargere con le briciole ottenute amalgamando burro, farina pangrattato e sale.

Tutto in forno a 180° per 30min
