Pollo marinato alla senape e aceto balsamico

MARINATED CHICKEN IN OLD-STYLE GRAIN MUSTARD AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

  • 400g petto di pollo / 400g chicken breast
  • 1 avocado
  • olio / olive oil
  • sale / salt
  • pepe / pepper
  • aceto balsamico / balsamic vinegar
  • senape all’antica / old-style grain mustard
  • rosmarino / rosemary

tagliare il petto di pollo a fettine alte 1 cm. Marinatele per un’ora con aceto balsamico, due cucchiai di senape all’antica, sale, pepe, rosmarino e olio. Scaldare la bistecchiera e grigliare l’avocado (precedentemente spennellato con limone, olio, sale e pepe). Successivamente grigliare il pollo. Disporre l’avocado sul piatto e sopra il pollo.

Cut the chicken breast into slices 1 cm high. Marinate the slices for an hour with balsamic vinegar, two tablespoons of mustard to the ancient, salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil. Heat the griddle and grill avocado (previously brushed with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper). Then grill the chicken. Arrange the avocado on the plate and over the chicken.
