Whole wheat pappardelle with bolognese meat sauce

Sì, lo so…sembra che per cucinarle occorra tutta la mattinata. In realtà tu in 10 minuti metti il sugo sul fuoco e lui si cuoce da solo. (Con questo post mi tolgono la cittadinanza italiana)

Ok, I know it seems very hard to cook. But in 10 minutes you put the sauce on fire and then It will cook by itself.

Le mie ultime ricette di pasta hanno tutte lo speck. Non sono una fanatica estremista di questo affettato, ma ne ho una buona scorta riportatami come regalo dal Trentino. Comunque rende la pasta mooolto saporita.

All my last pasta recipes have speck. I’m not a fanatical extremist of this ham, but I have a good stock that I received  as a gift from Trentino. However, the pasta is  sooo tasty.
